APPLICATION	For the non-selective isolation, cultivation and pigment production of Pseudomonas species.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 38.0 g in 1 L of purified water. Add 10 ml of glycerol.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into test tubes. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants.

	Peptone	20.0
	Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate	1.5
	Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate	1.5
	Agar	15.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
