APPLICATION	For isolation of Escherichia coli O157:H7.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 51.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to below 50 ℃, aseptically add one vial of supplement (Cat. TJ030F) to every 200 ml base medium.

	Sorbitol	10.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Bile Salts No. 3	1.5
	Neutral Red	0.03
	Crystal Violet	0.001
	Agar	15.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
