DESCRIPTION	Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2
APPLICATION	Buffered diluent for multiple uses in microbiology.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 41.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder and store in a refrigerator as a stock solution.
	3. Before use, take 1.25 ml of the stock solution, dilute it to 1 L with distilled water and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

	Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate	34.0
	Sodium Hydroxide	7.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.1
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
