APPLICATION	Usage: For the detection of motile Salmonella species from food and environment samples.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 31.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. AVOID OVERHEATING. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE.

	3. Cool to about 50 ℃, add 1 tube of supplement (5 mg Novobiocin sodium salt) per 500 mL of base medium, mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

	Potassium dihydrogen phosphate	1.5
	Magnesium chloride anhydrous	10.9
	Malachite green oxalate	0.04
	Agar	2.7
	Final pH (25℃)	5.1-5.4
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
