| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 64.6 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into test tubes. Autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes. | ||
| 3. Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants with deep butts. | ||
