APPLICATION Usage: Used for biochemical identification of Salmonella and other Enterobacteriaceae. (i.e. Gram-negative enterobacteriaceae).
PREPARATION 1. Suspend 64.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into test tubes. Autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
3. Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants with deep butts.

Final pH (25℃) 7.4±0.2
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, and dose tightly immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
