APPLICATION For the selective enrichment of Salmonella.
PREPARATION 1. Suspend 30.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into tubes and autoclave at 115 ℃ for 15 minutes.
