DESCRIPTION	Sodium Chloride Peptone Buffer, pH 7.0
APPLICATION	Recommended as diluent for non sterile samples in the pharmaceutical industry. (CP/EP/USP)
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 14.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.

	Peptone	1.0
	Anhydrous Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate	5.77
	Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate	3.56
	Sodium Chloride	4.3
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.0±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
