DESCRIPTION Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (Chloramphenicol)
APPLICATION For the cultivation of yeasts and molds and also for the detection of the total number of fungal colonies in disposable sanitary products.
PREPARATION 1. Suspend 70.1 g in 1 L of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute and autoclave at 115 ℃ for 15 minutes.

Peptone 10.0
Dextrose 40.0
Agar 20.0
Chloramphenicol 0.1
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
