DESCRIPTION	Lauryl Sulfate Tryptose Broth
APPLICATION	Used for the detection of coliform organisms in the presumptive phase of the Standard Total Coliform Multiple-Tube (MPN) Test.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 35.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

	Tryptone	20.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Lactose	5.0
	Dipotassium Phosphate	2.75
	Monopotassium Phosphate	2.75
	Sodium Lauryl Sulfate	0.1
	Final pH (25 ℃)	6.8±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
