APPLICATION	For the isolation and cultivation of Listeria.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 58.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute and autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to 45-50 ℃ and aseptically add one vial of Oxford Agar Supplement (Cat. TJ078F) to every 100 mL of the base medium. Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

	Agar	13.0
	Aesculin	1.0
	Ammonium Iron(ll) Citrate	0.5
	Lithíum Chloride	15.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.0±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
