Copure® NH2 Aminopropyl

NH2 (Aminopropyl) bonded phase exhibits strong polar adsorption in non-polar organic solvents and weak anion exchange retention in aqueous solutions. NH2 performs excellently in various sample matrices and can be used in fields such as food, environment, pharmaceuticals, and medicine.

Features:

Dual retention mechanisms: normal phase and anion exchange
Capable of handling complex sample matrices such as biological samples

Application:

Removal of strong anions from aqueous solutions (e.g., sulfonate)
Detection of drugs and their metabolites in biological matrices (e.g., urine, blood), such as adrenaline antagonists and salicylic acid
Detection of macrocyclic lactone pesticides in food and water

Specifications:
