| APPLICATION |
Used for isolation and differentiation of Enterobacteriaceae. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Suspend 37.5 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. |
| 2.Sub pack it into triangular bottles, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Melt and cool the sterilized culture medium to about 50 ℃, pour it into a sterilized plate using aseptic procedures, wait for it to solidify, and set aside. |
