Application
For preservation and transportation of virus.Features
♦ It reduced the bacterial effect of the sample solution and avoid the mould contamination after sampling at room temperature.♦ Suitable for 2-8℃ storage and transportation for shorttime delivery low temperation -80℃or liquid nitrogen preservation is required for a long time delivery.
♦ The virus stored in preservation solution can be used for the preservation and transportation for cell culture and PCR detection
Process
1. Open a swab package, hold the handle of the swab and collect the virus (different virus sample refer to its own corresponding collection methods).2. Take over the swab after collection, put it into the tube.
3. Cover and seal the tube with cap.
4. Write down the sample information on the label of tube and send to test
Attention
The sample collection shall be shipped within 2 working days to the corresponding lab at 2-8℃; shall be stored at -80℃ or below after 48 h to ensure the samples sent to the corresponding lab in 1 weeks. Samples should avoid repeated freezing and thawing.Order information
