CommaXP® Nucleic Acid Purification Kits

CommaXP® series includes both spin column and magnetic bead methods. The silica membrane and silica-based magnetic beads specifically adsorb and release DNA/RNA. The unique buffer system removes the most impurity proteins and other organic compounds. This series of kits can be applied to extract nucleic acids from bacterial fluids, plants, animal tissues, blood, saliva, feces and other samples. The extracted products can be used for various experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation and transfer.
