The purified plasmid DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR amplification, library reparation and other molecular biology experiments. Magnetic bead method is not only more convenient and faster to extract plasmid DNA, but also can be used with various nucleic acid extraction equipment or workstation.
